What to Do?

Follow these simple instructions to install the Minni Wheel Stops:

1.Identify the exact place of installation.

2.Once you determine the place, place the Wheel Stop there and drill a guide hole in the concrete through each hole using the 14mm masonry drill bit. This will mark the surface, making it clear from where to continue drilling.

3.Remove the Wheel Stop and clear the concrete dust in the application area.

4.Continue to drill each guide hole to an approximate depth of around 120mm.

5.Once again, brush away the concrete dust accumulated during the drilling process.

6.Next, put the plastic plug component of the fixing in the drilled hole and hammer in.

7.Place the Wheel Stop over the holes, line up and place the supplied M10 screw through the Wheel Stop and into the plastic plug.

8.Lastly, tighten the M10 screw using your 17mm socket.

2)Truck Wheel Stop on Concrete Surface

2.Put the Wheel Stop at your desired location and drill a hole in the concrete through each hole in the Wheel Stop using a hammer drill with a 16mm masonry drill bit.

3.Brush away the concrete dust by removing the Wheel Stop.

4.Drill each guide hole up to an approximate depth of 120mm.

5.Brush away the concrete dust accumulated in the drilling process.

6. Place the Wheel Stops over the holes, line up and place the supplied Dyna bolt through the Wheel Stop into the pre-drilled holes.

7.Secure the Wheel Stops to the surface by tightening the Dyna bolt using your 19mm socket.

3) Rubber Compliant Wheel Stop on Asphalt/Gravel Surface

5.Place the Wheel Stop over the holes, line up and hammer the supplied road spikes through the Wheel Stop and into the road surface.
