After Hours Pickup - Now Available At All Branches!

Need to collect your order outside of business hours? Our new After Hours Parcel Pickup makes it easy to collect your items when it suits you - early starts, late finishes or weekends.

Now available at all of our branches:

How It Works:

  1. Place Your Order Online
    Select After Hours Pickup at checkout online and enter your required pick up date OR ask the team for after hours pickup when calling to place an order.
  2. Order Processing
    Orders placed before 2:00 PM (business days) are eligible for same day after hours collection (subject to confirmation).
  3. Receive Collection Details
    Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification with locker access instructions and collection details - including your unique 4 digit code which will be used to open the locker.
  4. Collect Anytime After Hours
    Visit your selected branch and retrieve your order by entering the 4 digit code provided from the secure parcel locker, at your convenience.

Important Information

  • Orders must be collected by 8:00 AM the next business day
  • Not all items are suitable for parcel lockers (e.g. large / bulky items and manufactured items)
  • All after hours collections are subject to availability
  • If goods are not collected by 8.00am, locker access will expire and rebooking is required (additional fee), otherwise the order will be placed with the regular click and collect orders to be picked up inside business hours 

Terms & Conditions

By selecting the After Hours Pickup option, you agree to the following:

  • A $10.00 + GST fee applies per collection
  • Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM to be eligible for same day after-hours collection (subject to confirmation)
  • Collection must occur by 8:00 AM on the next business day
  • If the order is not collected by 8:00 AM:
    • The fee will not be refunded
    • The order will be moved to the standard Click & Collect area for collection during business hours
  • All after-hours collections are subject to warehouse approval prior to booking
  • Item suitability: Some large or bulky items may not be suitable for parcel lockers
  • If your order is deemed unsuitable:
    • You will be notified
    • The $10.00 + GST fee will be refunded
  • Manufactured items: Customers will be contacted when their order is ready and can confirm their preferred after-hours pickup time
  • The fee will not be refunded if the order is not collected

Liability & Risk

  • Once your order has been placed in the parcel locker and collection details have been provided, the order is deemed collected
  • Risk transfers to the customer at this point, including loss, theft, or damage
  • The business is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft after the order has been placed in the locker
  • Customers are responsible for following all collection instructions provided
